    A low carbon, medium manganese nickel alloy SAW wire

    Used with such as PREMIERWELD® BF-1 / BF-40H, JF-B, PREMIERWELD® 8500 _ux. Designed for the welding of _ne grained steels, low Ni% alloy steels and high strength steels (such as Q345E / S355 / EH36 / 550Mpa tensile strength steels)

    Excellent slag removal and good bead appearance

    High impact values at low temperature

    Superb feedability

    Unique manufacturing technology that results in a clean wire surface, smooth copper coating layer and an even amount of feeding lubricant. These advantages ensure lower friction during wire feeding and better electrical conductivity.
