Lincoln Electric was named for the second consecutive year by Forbes as "One of the World's Best Employers". Lincoln, along with 750 companies worldwide, was recognized for this award. Lincoln Electric ranked #701 overall, and was one of 87 firms in the manufacturing sector that made the ranking. Within manufacturing, only 26 firms were headquartered in the United States.
This recognition supports our Higher Standard 2025 Strategy goal of being the "employer-of-choice" in our industry and ensuring that we have an engaged industry-leading team across Lincoln Electric.

Ranking Methodology: The ranking was determined by a survey that market research company, Statista, led for Forbes. They surveyed 150,000 full-time and part-time workers from 58 countries working for multinational companies and institutions. Survey participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out positively or negatively. The ranking is composed of the companies with the top 750 scores.
